Do you chew gum? If so, please pay attention to this information.
The issue is artificial sweeteners. The vast majority of commonly available brands have either Aspartame or Sucralose in them.
Why is this a problem? The answer is two-fold.
First, Aspartame breaks down into methanol and formaldehyde at body temperature. Both of these are very toxic. And these are both absorbed easily by the body.
Second, Sucralose creates enlarged livers in test animals. It is also toxic to the brain and nervous system. On top of that, it is not directly eliminated from the body. Long term exposure has the chance of causing cancer, birth defects and immune destruction.
