To understand these reasons, you need to think about why people drink it in the first place. Typical reasons include fear of weight gain and heart disease. But are these fears justified? Probably not.
Dr. Mario Kratz and his team did the research. They looked at dozens of studies of the effects of dairy fat on health.
What did they find?
Some of it was murky, but in general the research showed some surprising results. For example, higher fat dairy foods are associated with less weight gain, not more. In fact, the studies showed higher fat protected against weight gain.
Other studies showed full fat dairy protecting against diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

Roundup Found in Most GMO Foods
Roundup residue is found in most processed food in the Western diet.
Why is this a concern? There are a number of reasons.
First, it usually goes into the cells of the food. That means you can’t wash it off. And food producers can’t wash it off either.
Second, more and more glyphosate (active ingredient in Roundup) is being used. That’s because the GMO seeds withstand it. And as natural weeds become resistant, more needs to be used. That means more in the food supply.
